Technical and financial pre-feasibility study to analyse the multimodal system, assessing its general feasibility and determining the whole quality and effectiveness of the project idea. The system (railway Belgrade-Bar and Port of Bar) is strategic in the developing policies of the crossed countries - and of the whole Balkan Region - considering their multi-modal essence as well as both territorial and functional integration in the expected European Corridors network.
